Services and Non-Agency Agreement

Regarding services rendered by FSBOprocessor, Seller(s) understands and agrees to the following:

FSBOprocessor (including Broker and its Associates):
A. Does NOT represent Seller or Buyer as real estate agent to Property and will NOT act or perform any “agent services” for Seller or Buyer at any point before, during, or after the transaction process for any reason.
B. Understands that Seller is not represented by a real estate licensee at this time.
C. Will provide Seller forms and disclosures as required by law and provide transaction coordination services as described in SERVICES section of FSBOprocessor.com.
D. Will order a Natural Hazards Disclosure Report at SELLER’S EXPENSE. NOTE: This report is state required and ordered through a 3rd party natural hazards disclosure company. FSBOprocessor will use company of Seller’s choice or can order through “Disclosure Source” at Seller’s request. “Disclosure Source” bills through escrow and will not charge if transaction cancels.
E. Will not share Seller, property, or other information related to transaction, with any person or agency outside parties involved in the transaction.
F. Will receive compensation in the amount described in FEES section of FSBOprocessor.com. Compensation from Seller is for transaction coordination services for Seller. Though forms and disclosures will be provided, compensation is not for the sale of said forms and disclosures, but for transaction coordination services provided.
G. Will bill for services through escrow, however, Seller is ultimately responsible for balance due immediately upon close of escrow.
H. If the property is not sold, FSBOprocessor will not charge Seller for services rendered.

This agreement shall begin upon Seller’s acknowledgement below and will continue until the earlier of 1) Close of Escrow or 2) written Cancellation of Escrow or Release of Contract signed by both Buyer and seller.
